By making payment, you agree to our terms and conditions set out below.

Vehicles are supplied for a minimum of the quoted hours / or the quoted 1 way direct transfer

Overtime/waiting time for all bookings is payable at the rate applicable to the car ordered. Overtime is calculated by per quarter hour and is payable on the booking day.

Cancellations:

The first deposit is non-refundable

Final payment is non-refundable

Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident the next best vehicle will be supplied

Full payment is required no later than 5 days prior to the booking date unless prior consent has been given

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers due to misconduct will be paid for by the customer If in the event of bad weather, the vehicles are cancelled by the client, no refund will be provided.

If government restrictions prevent your wedding from going ahead due to Covid, we offer a free postponement to another day of your choice. If your original booking was on a Sunday-Friday there will be an additional charge if your new date falls on a Saturday. If we do not have your selected vehicle available on the new date, we will offer you a full refund of monies paid to date.
